Night and Day Global Ministries was birthed in 2005 when Alycia took her first trip to Northern Uganda. It was then that God began marking her heart
for the various people groups. She quickly fell in love with those who had suffered greatly from the terrible atrocities of Joseph Kony.
Chris and Alycia have been travelling to Uganda and serving those in the country for eighteen years.

What can we say about this amazing young man?
For starters the day we meet Michael it was an instant connection.
The Lord highlighted him to a few of our team members and the rest is history.
Michael is a visionary, entrepreneur, servant, evangelist, leader, friend, mentor and lover of God's word.
Anyone who meets him can tell right away that he has a special calling on his life.
Michael is an overcomer and a very hard-working young man.
He passionately pursues everything that he sets his mind and heart to do. 
He has a strong zeal inside to see his generation rise up out of poverty and walk in their God-given destiny.
